By creating an account, connecting your wallet, or using any part of Solana Volume Bot's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Solana Volume Bot. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Solana Volume Bot provides automated trading volume generation services on the Solana blockchain. Our platform allows users to:

• Configure automated trading campaigns for specific tokens
• Generate organic-looking trading volume through distributed maker accounts
• Customize trading parameters including volume, duration, and maker count
• Monitor campaign performance through real-time analytics

Our service is designed to help token projects increase visibility and liquidity. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, and all trading activities carry inherent risks.

To use Solana Volume Bot, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where our services are prohibited
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Own or have authorization to trade the tokens you configure in campaigns

By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

When using Solana Volume Bot, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
• All activities that occur through your connected wallet
• Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Monitoring your campaigns and account activity

You must immediately notify us at legal@solanavolumebot.app if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to use Solana Volume Bot only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the service to manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent activities
• Violate any applicable securities laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our platform
• Use automated systems to access the service without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use the service for money laundering or terrorist financing
• Engage in any activity that could harm our reputation or operations

Violation of these acceptable use terms may result in immediate termination of your access to the service and potential legal action.

Solana Volume Bot charges a service fee of 1.5% of the total campaign volume. This fee structure is transparent and calculated as follows:

• All fees are payable in SOL
• Fees must be paid before campaign launch
• Fees are non-refundable once a campaign has started

Additional costs you may incur include:

• Solana network transaction fees (gas fees)
• Trading slippage and price impact
• Any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction

We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with 30 days' notice. Changes will not affect campaigns already in progress.

All content, features, and functionality of Solana Volume Bot, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Solana Volume Bot and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for its intended purpose. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our platform
• Distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service
• Use our trademarks or branding without written permission
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary markings

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Solana Volume Bot and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Trading losses or missed opportunities
• Technical failures, bugs, or service interruptions
• Any other matter relating to the service

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Solana Volume Bot at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Technical or security reasons
• At our sole discretion

You may discontinue use of the service at any time by disconnecting your wallet. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the service will immediately cease
• Active campaigns may be stopped without refund
• We may delete your account data after a reasonable period
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Notify users of material changes via email or platform notification
• Provide at least 30 days' notice for significant changes

Your continued use of Solana Volume Bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the service.
